Flipper uses only safe, high-quality materials in its production.

We suggest you stick Flipper toothbrush cover onto flat, smooth, nonporous & clean surface (such as a mirror or smooth glossy tile), they may not work well on textured tile and uneven surface.

Most toothbrushes should fit into Flipper toothbrush cover, as toothbrushes are usually designed with a slim shaft after the bristle (the shaft dimension is generally standard among toothbrushes in the market). Flipper toothbrush cover is designed to hold up to 150 grams. Most toothbrushes in the market weigh less than 75 grams.

Dip the suction cups in warm water (approximately 60°C or 140°F) for 10 minutes. The suction cups should regain their original shapes. And please wash your Flipper once a month. You can also refer to our tutorial video.

If you are not happy with the products, please contact us and retain the original packaging and the products should be unused. Once verified, we will issue a RMA number for you to ship back to our DC closer to you. Please pay the return freight fees for the returns.
